Helming the kitchen is Chef Shyong, a seasoned yakitori expert with over a decade of experience behind the grill. Perfecting the omakase journey is Chef Desmond Fong, the veteran chef-proprietor known for his work at Sushi Yujo and SHINRAI, with more than 20 years of expertise in the art of omakase.
