Helming the kitchen is Chef Shyong, a seasoned yakitori expert with over a decade of experience behind the grill. Perfecting the omakase journey is Chef Desmond Fong, the veteran chef-proprietor known for his work at Sushi Yujo and SHINRAI, with more than 20 years of expertise in the art of omakase. Together, they blend the best of both yakitori and omakase traditions, creating a dining experience that is both authentic and elevated.
