Terms and conditions
- Minimum booking of 5/30 consecutive nights stay required.
- Room reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. For early arrival between midnight to 10am (Singapore time), a guaranteed reservation must be made a day before. Check in between 10am to 2pm is subject to room availability upon arrival unless otherwise guaranteed from the day before.
- Late check out after 12pm is at half day charge and full day charge applies after 6pm (subject to room availability).
- The hotel should be informed of all cancellations at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation, the first night room charge is applicable. No show, full stay charge is applicable.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge for any shortening of the length of stay.
- Promotional rate is subject to room availability upon confirmation.
