Amara Singapore can host corporate meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops, product launches, networking events, private functions and social celebrations, from intimate gatherings to larger events of up to 500 guests.
What meeting and event spaces are available?
Amara Singapore offers a range of flexible event spaces, including the Grand Ballroom, Ballroom 1 and 2, four Connection Rooms and The Parlor.
The Grand Ballroom can be divided into smaller spaces, while Connection Rooms can be used individually or combined, providing flexible options for different event sizes and formats. The Parlor on Level 17 is suitable for smaller private events of up to 14 guests.
What is the maximum capacity of the meeting and event spaces?
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests in theatre-style seating, 400 guests for banquets and 550 guests for cocktail events. Smaller ballrooms and Connection Rooms are available for more intimate events.
Final capacity depends on the selected venue, room configuration and event requirements.
What room layouts and configurations are available?
Depending on the venue, layouts can include theatre, classroom, banquet, cocktail, buffet, U-shape and hollow-square configurations. Our Events team can recommend the most suitable setup based on your event requirements and number of guests.
Is audiovisual equipment available?
Yes. Meeting and event spaces are equipped with audiovisual facilities, including screens, projectors and PA systems. The Grand Ballroom also features a 7.6-metre LED video wall.

Is Wi-Fi available in the meeting and event spaces?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Amara Singapore. For events requiring dedicated bandwidth, live streaming, hybrid meeting capabilities or high-volume connectivity, please discuss your requirements with our Events team in advance.
