Relaunching for this special occasion, Element's A La Carte Buffet features a sumptuous variety of abundant goodness on the buffet line up such as Chilled Crayfish and Slipper Lobster from the Cold Seafood Counter and specials Singapore Laksa Capellini with Abalone and Hokkaido Pork Rib infused with Sweet and Sour Sauce from the Traditional Home Cooking Stations.
