The team of culinary specialists at Silk Road rally their skills to present a 7-course and 8-course menu, showcasing the best of provincial cuisines along the historic trade route. The medley of inventive and traditional creations, in addition to time-tested classical bill of fare, consists of signatures such as Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Gastrodia Root, Steamed Cod Fish with Wine and the menu’s latest addition – the handmade Knife-shaved Noodle with Braised Pork Belly.
