Silk Road

 

Silk Road has just recently welcome Chef Huang from Inner Mongolia whose love for his mother’s home made noodles has translated into a 17-year career as a noodle chef.

 

Amongst some of his culinary specialities are the knife-shaved noodles which he carves out in a flurry, as well as the Handmade Noodle with Special Braised Beef- fondly known to the locals in Shanxi province as one long noodle or longevity noodles.

 

Another of his speciality will be the Pan-fried Shanxi Dumpling which features unique, open-ended edges – allowing natural broth from juicy pork fillings to flow out during the pan-frying process, for maximum flavour and fragrance.

Available exclusively at Silk Road during lunch and dinner till 31 May 2017.
