The team of culinary specialists at Silk Road restaurant rally their skills to present a 7-course and 8-course menu, showcasing the best of provincial cuisines along the historic trade route. The medley of inventive and traditional creations, in addition to time-tested classical bill of fare, consists of signatures such as Traditional Beijing Roasted Duck, Double-boiled Shark’s Cartilage Soup with Bamboo Pith, Steamed Halibut Fillet in Spicy Black Bean Sauce, Pan-fried Shanxi Dumpling, Deep-fried Prawns Dual Style and more.
